Original designs incorporate sterling silver, fine silver, 14K gold filled, and 14K - 24K gold. All gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling silver and vermeil beads are carefully handpicked.

Please pay via PayPal/Google Checkout immediately after purchasing. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal without opening an account with them. Please let me know if you need help with payment process.
All orders that ship within California are subject to a 9.50% sales tax.
If you need a longer period of time to complete payment please contact and we can work together for a reasonable time frame.If I don't hear from you within 3 days, your transaction may be cancelled.
Shipping
** All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail inside the US and USPS First Class International everywhere else. Please let me know if you would like another shipping method and I will adjust cost.
** International customers are welcome! It is exciting to know that my work is enjoyed all over the world! Please be aware of any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by your country.
** Please allow 2 business days to process your order. I know you want to have your items as soon as possible and often ship the same or next business day (including Saturdays)!
** Your jewelry arrives lovingly packed in the gift box with a fancy bow. All items are shipped in a protective padded mailer.
** Buy 2 or more items and save on combined shipping!
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make you happy with your purchase of handcrafted designer jewelry!
If you would like to return your items for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. You can either return the item in original condition for exchange or refund or we will find some other solution. If you are returning item, please carefully pack it in the original jewelry pouch or gift box in the similar way as it was sent to you. This will help to prevent any damages during transition. Shipping fees are not refundable.

** How to care for your handcrafted designer jewelry
Every item is meticulously handmade by my own hands. Handcrafted designer jewelry can be more delicate and sometimes require a little bit of extra care.
Please store your items in the cloth jewelry pouch or in the tightly sealed plastic bag.
Also remember to put your jewelry on last (when you are dressed and your hair and makeup are ready), and take your jewelry off first before you go to sleep.
** Custom orders
Making personal jewelry is a very beneficial and enjoyable experience and I would love to custom design unique piece of jewelry for you too!
Because each piece of jewelry I make is one of kind and uniquely hand crafted, it is impossible to reproduce most of them. I can, however custom make similar or different jewelry that will suit your personality. It would be just as unique and spectacular as any other pieces that I make.
A 50% deposit is required for custom work. The balance (50%) is due when the order is complete. I do my best to communicate clearly and will keep you updated on the status of your custom order.
Due to the personal nature of custom orders, there are no returns. I try very hard to make sure you know exactly what you are getting beforehand and expect that you are happy upon receipt of item. If there is an error on my part though, I will do my best to make it right with you.
** Repairs
If at any time your items should need to be repaired, or minor adjustment made, I will gladly do so. Depending on the circumstances, there might be a reasonable fee for this service. However, most small adjustments are done free of charge.
